The Lodge was a spectacular setting to hold our wedding. We and all our guests were in awe over everything – the views, the beautifully kept grounds, the professionalism and attentiveness of the entire staff, the delicious and beautifully prepared food. Beautiful place, terrible service. Sat on a patio above the golf course for more than 30 minutes and couldn't get any service. They are not highly trained in customer service. Actually went to the waitress twice was told she be right over and never saw her. Found another waitress asked for water she said she'd be right over never saw her.
The Lodge is such a treasure in San Diego!!! We LOVE the A.R. Valentien restaurant -- your food is exquisite. So fresh. Delish truffles. And, amazing service. Spectacular view. We especially like to bring our out of town guests over for lunch. 😍💙
