I love living at The Lodge! The amenities are truly un-matched by any other apartment in the area. Free coffee, free printing, and the 24 hr clubhouse are perfect for college students. Living in a gated community helps me to feel more secure, and the events they host are so much fun! I love all the free food and chances to win prizes. You will not regret living here!
The Lodge is such an awesome place to live! I resigned for next year because not only is it fun, it is safe and everyone is so nice and helpful. I have had nothing but good experiences here so far. I love using all of the amenities like the gym, study rooms, and of course, free coffee...� I can’t wait until the pool opens up this summer! Overall, a great place to live.
I have absolutely loved my time living here! The staff is awesome and they are always willing to help as much as they can! And they host some great events that are always free!!
Living at The Lodge was such a great decision, I even resigned for next year! The amenities blow away any other property’s in the area. They provide free Starbucks coffee and printing. I feel much more safe living in a gated community. The office always hosts events with free food and prizes, it’s a super fun place to live!
They do not work with you to help you find a subleaser. My fiance and I signed a lease in March of 2017 and then found out we had to move to Ann Arbor in December of 2017 so we only lived there for about 4.5 months. When we were thinking about signing they told us we had to sign now because there were only 3 spots left well in December they said they could not help us find a subleaser because they were only 80% occupancy. Now we have to pay for 2 apartment and 1 we are not living in. They are just greedy and want your money ... read more
