it sucks. They just are in it for the money. Whoever’s at the front desk has no regard for what they say and will impulsively talk- whether or not said words are truthful. I got paired with a roommate who has a 3 year old CHILD. I didn’t even get a confirmation email that yes, I was getting a new roommate. Instead I just got a constant “maybe” or a knock on my door asking to come check the empty bedroom. Where does this meet the criteria of student friendly housing? The lodge apartments themselves are nice, for the price you pay, but the way this property is managed is terrible. It seems that none of the leasing assistants or managers are on the same page ever, and there is always something not working (24 hour printer, 24 hour coffee machine), my roommates and I have had numerous problems with accidental charges to our accounts or payment issues and the printer has been “broken” for about a month now. RecommendedThe Lodge is absolutely amazing— the staff, in particular, is phenomenal. They treat each resident like family and make this place feel like home. The managers Carly and Jordan do an excellent job and they are so nice.

The staff is very friendly and there are some great perks such as snacks during exam time and the community rewards program. However, I had a terrible experience with some very poor roommate matching where i was not put with who i wanted to be placed with and ended up having to pay a large fee to switch units. Even though they were not the people I originally wanted to be with- requests such as smoking preferences, noise levels, etc. (which are part of the leasing process) were still not honored and I felt really unsafe wher... read more
