The worst place to live !!!
Beware if you apartment has a spare room. Your peaceful life can be thrown into complete turmoil and then they’ll expect three people to be displaced instead of the one who has caused all of the issues. Horribly unsafe arrangement since said roommate has a habit of leaving the oven on with burning food or empty pans. Management does not seem to care about the risk this poses to all occupants of the building. Despicable.
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE management!
By far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived at. No amenities, lack of management, and poorly constructed apartments. I have been ripped off by mainenance (noah) and have politely told them he is not allowed in my apartment. Management continues to allow their staff to exploit the residents and steal from them claiming "you have no proof". The room that I moved into was absolutely disgusting by the time I finally showed up to start moving in. Even though they had plenty of time to clean it up and repaint it. They threatened us with fines if we didn't remove some lifting equipment from our balcony when the Covid-19 quarantine went into effect. I looked up the lease info about what's allowed on the deck and it doesn't state anything about not allowing lifting equipment. My daughter has lived at the lodge for 2 years now. In the beginning, it was nice, but going down hill fast. Most of the amenities do not work (printers, coffee machines etc.) I am also recently concerned with security. The front gates are seldom closed (because they are broke). Recently we have heard of vandalism of cars and I am fearing for the students safety. These student pay a lot to live at the lodge and I believe they are taken advantage of.
