I have lived at The Lockwood for three years now. The space and leasing/concierge team never cease to amaze me. Not only do they always warmly greet the residents, but they truly do care to provide a 5-star experience. From timely maintenance, to well-kept amenity spaces, and lively community events, you can tell the resident experience is top of mind. The new leasing manager Greg is awesome he answered all my questions and concerns he’s very professional and friendly come see him for a wonderful place to live the Lockwood is an excellent place to live I give the manager team and the maintenance team a 100% they get the job done.I must say Greg went above and beyond his duties to help me get the answers for my new move without his help I was getting no where I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart you are truly amazing
The beginning of our time at the Lockwood has been spectacular. The place has so many great and unique amenities and our home is cozy and well thought out in terms of space. There are several events put on for tenants throughout the month. Also, a huge shout out to the staff. Erin was beyond patient with the many emailed questions I sent before we moved in, and Tyanna has gone above and beyond for us as we struggled with difficult movers. Everyone is so friendly and kind. Can’t recommend this place enough!
We have been residents of the Lockwood through several changes (new jobs, new baby, etc) and it has been such a wonderful place to live. The building and shared spaces are stunning (exactly as pictured on the website), the apartments are well made and in the rare event something breaks things are fixed extremely quickly. Was a recent guest at the Lockwood visiting a friend! It is a seriously beautiful property and the guest suite was fantastic. All the residents were so kind and the concierges were very friendly! The concierges were Bernadette and Michael and I met the manager Allison! They were all so wonderful and helpful.
