Do not move your student into this facility. The management is unresponsive and unreliable. We have had nothing but issues with this complex. The biggest issue is the parking situation. the garage is too small, the gate never functions so you're basically paying for an open air garage with free lodging for homeless..beware! High price for Low quality
Best area to live when attending TXST. Nearly same prices as Grade A dorms but closer to classes, way more amenities and a staff that looks out for you.
Lovely place, office staff is very friendly and welcoming! Definitely would recommend as the best place to live!
