The Local is the best place!!! Such an awesome experience! The service is excellent, I had an issue once and they helped me to solve it instantly. They are so nice and helpful. Everything they have to offer is awesome!!! Awesome facilities and awesome service!!! 10/10 would recommend! 🙌🏼
I've been living here for almost a year and have no complaints. The staff is nice, maintenance is fast, and the apartments are nice. Definitely one of the best places to live in San Marcos.
The location is hard to beat. Although it is more expensive than competing apartments, the extra cost is worth not having to pay for a parking pass, deal with the frustration of not being able to find parking despite having a pass, and spending time commuting.
I value the Local because they care about their residents especially during COVID-19.
My daughter just moved in , the place feels so secure the staff was so friendly , they had so many snacks drinks etc my to mention the gym and pool is fantastic , she’s gonna have a great senior year
