Drove an hour and 10 minutes from San Jose to get a Sand, but Chez Panisse hoarded all the beef short ribs...ILL BE BACK!
Wow, what a great spot for quality meats. The customer service was fantastic, would recommended to anyone looking for pastured meats. The fennel sausage was out of this world.
A great butcher shop is a rare find these days. I drove 30 mins to get here and it was worth the effort and the fuel! Not only a great selection - the team are super helpful!
