I was referred to the main barber with locs like myself. On both occasions I asked the main barber to cut my hair both times he sent me to the new guy. We all know how you can tell he’s the new guy. The hair products are great !
I got a retwist which was advertised for $60 but when I got there for my appointment, they told me the cost for the retwist with wash was $120!?! When I mentioned that it's advertised for $60, they told me that I was getting it washed though. This made no sense. I got the work done because I needed it. The work was good. Just didn't appreciate the bait & switch. I messaged the owner to tell him about my experience and got no response. 🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️
