I only realized I was at Dallas Methodist post-transplant as I do not have a memory of the preceding days. I did not know I was experiencing acute liver failure - beware of the supplement kava - until after I received a wonderful gift of a new liver. The Institute was and has been amazing from each person on the side of Dallas Methodist to the Liver Institute in total. I receive amazing care.
