Solid mechanic... Basically we had some electrical issues (classic dancing gauges and a dead tach), were worried about starting in the winter, and desperately needed new tires after the drive cross country and dealing with NY potholes all summer. Well we took her in and since we got her back she's never driven better. We drive everywhere - into Manhattan, out to Long Island, down the street to Trader Joes in the snow. Running like a champ
Listened My car was acting weird for some reason sometimes it wouldn't start up. I took it into Little Garage to figure out the problem. While I was there the guys were very polite and professional. They listen to everything I had to say and answered all questions I had to ask. Within like an hour they were able to find the problem and fix it. Thanks!
Always happy with the great service and attention. I think your price for a PPI was a bit steep considering your shop rate is $98 an hour and I don't think you spent more than an hour on the inspection and test drive. You were very accommidating with my schedule however, which was great. I also think your inspection wasn't as thorough as it should be.
Quality work I was was having some problems with my 335i, and I knew better than to go the dealer's. I was not in the mood to get ripped off, and a friend said he had been to The Little Garage before. They explained the problem, and the procedure quite clearly, so I was happy that I wasn't getting the kind of unclear terms you get at other places. Overall, good pricing, and helpful service.
