Great technicians! Great technicians! Everyone was very helpful towards me. I am very satisfied with the way I was serviced. Technicians were courteous and informative. I asked tons of questions and all of them were answered with respect.
This place is a rare gem! A mechanic you can trust!, how often do you hear that. I have a VW & AUDI and both were maintained by these guys. Repair personnel seemed genuinely concerned and interested in listening to and addressing customer concerns.This place is a rare gem.

An honest shop... I am posting this topic because it is very rare to find a honest shop in NYC. (especially brooklyn, I have been ripped off by the best.) I own a 1996 BMW E36 convertible. I loaned my car to my younger brother and he hit a pothole on the BQE. The hole took out the right passenger front tire and rim. The front and rear shocks and 4 of the shields under the car. He's fantastic! He's fantastic! His hours are very convenient , but he's honest and he does good work. It's so hard to find a mechanic you can trust these days, but I know that I'm in good hands when I come here.
