Overbooked and staff is rude. My child was seen by the NP for a sore throat and although the strep test came back negative they were not very helpful as far as diagnosing the issue or symptom relief. We were made to feel as though our concerns were being brushed off. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place, the wait time is RIDICULOUS even if you have an appointment. Empathy and professionalism is in SHORT supply here.
Do not waste your time! They do not care for the patients only want to schedule you for 15 minute window!!! STAY AWAY. They don’t even let their employees eat lunch. They have to work through it due to backed up patients!!!
Called and cancelled my appointment 4 minutes before! Extremely unprofessional and aggravating.
This clinic is well staffed with caring, nice providers. I appreciate their care.
