I had a wonderful experience at this Little Clinic. First Scott was warm, welcoming and very helpful getting me checked in. He was professional and efficient taking my vitals. I was seen by Collette Neal NP, I absolutely loved her. She is the example of how doctors should treat patients. She was professional and kind. She really listened to me and addressed all my concerns. She was very kind to my daughter who was not happy to be there. Helpful and polite staff. It probably depends on how busy they are, but we had a good experience.
First time visiting. I was a walk-in, not realizing even these places make appointments. Evan Dillon was thorough. Explained things better than anywhere else I've been. Prescribed an antibiotic. Had to call back a couple days later because of bad side affects, Kelly Litz handled the situation promptly. Can't ask for more than that.
