Went here to have my son seen due to an illness. The provider and MA were rude. The provider was not groomed appropriately either. Was told my son had an ear infection and no other testing was done. After another day of not getting better, we went to prompt med and he tested positive for flu and RSV. The services provided were disappointing.
I called in to ask a question about them. Not good customer service. Gave attitude and snarky responses.
They were fast, efficient and courteous.
Lindsay Baughman is what a medical provider should be....Compassionate, caring and AMAZING! I am getting old and somehow injuried my shoulder. I do NOT like doctors and believe in self healing. I went to my massage therapist and did exercises and even adjusted my diet to no avail. The ladies there today were super nice & friendly. I have a fear of doctors & never once did my fears arise while being seen. Great place to go especially with not having insurance. Highly recommend going here 👍👍
