I took my son in for steroid cream for his excema rash. They gave me a paper prescription, which I cannot locate (my fault). I called back and asked them to please send the script electronically to their pharmacy and they said I have to come in for another appointment. Seriously? I don't have another $100 to spend to get the same prescription electronically.
Had flu in January. Came in and they just knew by looking at me that I was in pretty bad shape. Didn't make me wait at all.
