The staff there was kind, sympathetic, polite, professional, caring, competent, prompt, knowledgeable, and understanding. I was encouraged to call back the next if I was not feeling better.
I came in at 120 to find nobody at the counter, with a sign that said gone to Lunch from 130-230. looks like somebody is slacking, leaving early the job, I got here at 120. This is a bad 1st impression! In most jobs you get somebody to cover you while you take a break, its just common sense, espeacially if youre dealing with sick people. Then the lady tells me I have a long wait because I didnt sign in online even though I was 2nd in line there. now I have to go find another place, thank you for the horrible customer service... read more
