Lou and Ciara did an outstanding job with the sale of our house. Their in-depth knowledge of the current market helped my husband and I make the appropriate decisions and their recommendations were spot on. The level of service was beyond our expectations. Lou has assisted us on a number of occasions: once to sell a house; and the other to rent out a condominium property. In both cases, the level of service, expertise and practical advice was outstanding, and far above what we have experienced with other real estate agents.
