This community sits below the tree tops and beautiful country side at the bottom of Signal Mountain, overlooking the once active, memorable Quarry Golf Course. Such a nice place to live with friendly neighbors and Pets that reside here year round. The Manager is so nice and will do anything to help you feel right at home. The maintenance person is also very professional and polite. Always says hello. He is quick to respond to any service order you request to be done as soon as possible. Horrible. Place is way too over price for the old homes you are living in. The apartments are old creaky and outdated. AC is always broken in the summer and heat is broken in the winter. Had to buy my own heater in the winter. Power box had flipped so many times until we finally got a new one. People let their dogs run loose and parking is awful. We have submitted so many maintenance requests that I've lost count. We will not be renewing our lease. The only thing is good is the scenery and plenty of places to go for a run/wa... read more
