Tonight we had an amazing trip to the Dolby Theater in Hollywood. Our Driver Phillip, was early and professional. The limo was clean and the water provided was on ice, ready for us. My guests and I had a great time talking and laughing as we rode in style. The limo serve made today that much special and I would definitely do it again. Thank you The Limousine Scene.
My friends and I had a Cabo trip planned. The night before we were supposed to leave, our trip was cancelled due to a tropical storm. We bookend the limousine scene to take us to LAX and then to pick us back up from LAX when we returned. We asked if the limousine scene would refund us our a partial refund and they told us no. They kept $1800.00 and we didn't even get to use them. They should at least give my group back $900.00 since they are obviously not picking us up from LAX on September 4th. This company deserves a -10.
Used the Limousine Scene last night, definitely 5 stars. As a business owner and one that hires limousines daily for funeral services, I wasn't happy with our current company. What better way to find a Limousine hire than to rent one for the night?! For the past two weeks, I've had my staff hire different companies to take them around and rate their service. POOR! It has been six days and not one representative of The Limousine Scene has contacted us to appoligiz for almost ruining my wedding day. Driver did arrive on time however air conditioning was not working, and the water provided to us was extremely warm. 5 minutes into our ride to the wedding venue the limousine broke down on the Westside Parkway.
