The drivers are courteous and do their best to accommodate your drop off and pick up times. Mohan on the other hand has lied about pick up times every time but today.Mohan would say 20 minutes and it was the better part of 2 hours on 3 different occasions. I've used them many times with NO issues. Solid company
I contacted ONE WAY LIMO for car service to JFK, gave them the flight info 5:15pm to Rome, they come back with a 2:00 pick up time. ONE WAY LIMO passes the info to THE LIMO GROUP. On the day of the pick up I contacted THE LIMO GROUP of North Haven and suggested they pick me up earlier, they did at 1:30. The driver said he wanted to stop for coffee, I said as long as we dont miss the flight. Thinking he would go to a drive thru, he didnt! Took him 20 minuted to get back to the car.
