Avoid this place! I've only have been here 6 months and my apartment has flooded 5 times due to bad water lines. Staff/management is a revolving door. When trying to resolve issue someone tells you one thing then another person tells you the exact opposite. December 2025 trash was not collected for the whole month because the property didn't pay for waste removal. RUN AWAY!! Do not come!
Mrs. Shimon D. was truly a blessing throughout my entire moving process. From start to finish, she was patient, supportive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Moving can be overwhelming, but she made the process feel manageable and stress-free. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care stood out, and I’m extremely grateful for all of her help. I had a really good experience when I was 18 living at the landings before they went through new management and changed the name back in In 2018 and 2019. my only bad experience was they took too long trying to fix a furnace in my unit that went out they gave me two space heaters for my upstairs in my downstairs loft. Which did the job it kept my unit worm when it was cold I was glad for that but this time I come to check the website and my law unit at the time didn’t have a washer and dryer unit upstairs and I just checked ... read more
I don't think it was fair to me I had rented from these whatever you wanted to called people and stay for about 7 yrs they informed me that willnt received my security deposit back because they stated the Apt was damaged and I know when moved out of the unit I left it in excellent condition so and place for bad business
