We normally love this place. Tonight we brought my mom and step dad here for the first time. It’s embarrassing to talk so highly of a place then have horrible service and okay food. The waitress never brought one of us our drink. She would constantly skip over us and check on other tables. Our glass was empty for a long time. Unfortunately the steak I ordered was so burnt I couldn't taste anything else. They did take it off the bill but I didn't have time to order another meal as it took so long to get our food in the first place. I do plan on going back and hopefully have a better experience.
Place sucked. They forgot to put my order in for a burger. Then I got offered a chowder or Pea soup to “hold me over until my food comes out.”(no, not free). When I did finally get my burger there was literally nothing on it. No lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles...just a bare patty and a bun. Even at that, I ordered it with NO pink. However it came with a decent amount of pink in it. So I finally turn to the fries... and half of them were burnt or over cooked. I paid $8.25 for that burger and fries...
