This is a wonderful place to live. Our maintenance team is top notch. They are so quick to take care of any issues. My garbage disposal broke and they were there with a new one in a week. They come by and inspect once a month to change out the filters and check batteries. Very sweet team. Also the residents nice and quiet. They have holiday parties that are wonderful and provide food and fun times! We love it here. I would recommend it to anyone. Families, singles, college students, you name it.

I would rate it was a zero star, but that is not an option! Dont move in here! I have found two LIVE banded water SNAKES INSIDE my apartment. I am still waiting for something to be done. This is on top of reporting a water leak, spiders, dead frogs in my apartment which have still not been taking care of! I have reported them to the BBB and contacted WYFF 4 to do a consumer on your side story! Find some place else to live!
