Stoppedin to see a friend's 2Br place, it was laid out nice. Location is good, easy in and out.
I've lived here for a couple of years now, the best complex I've ever lived at here on the coast . Laurie and Haley are the best management team by far. Shortly after my husband and I moved in he passed away, we had only been here for six months at the time, both Laurie and Haley came to the funeral home to pay their respects ( who does that for tenants!) since he has passed and I'm alone they check on me routinely. Unsafe to live. The company this complex hired to replace the roofs left metal hanging from the side of the building for over 12 hours and they STILL have nails in the dirt between buildings and on the sidewalk. I stepped on one while walking my dog. Half the lights are out in stairwells and in between buildings making it hard to see what’s on the ground. Also had someone from the company working on the roof come by to take pictures of water damage to my ceiling, but no communication from the complex until after reaching out... read more
Would not recommend these apartments to anyone I know, not even my worst enemy. Parking lot floods any time it rains (god forbid a tropical storm hits— not even hurricane— and you’re losing your car, maybe even your truck). Stairs wobble when walking on them. “Security” gates have gaps wide enough to slide your entire body through. However, the pool area was repainted recently and new furniture bought, so that’s a nice distraction from the lack of actual upkeep around the complex. Let me just start off by saying that the management team/staff really do impress me. Not only are they extremely kind.... But they also went above and beyond for me and made the approval/move in process a joyful experience. These two ladies rock!! The complex is very well maintained, clean and quiet. I love it here !
