I just moved in and the people here at this complex are so welcoming. The building is kept clean and they have dogs that live here I never hear them barking, and the building is not noisy. If you looking for a quiet, friendly, and clean environment with a beautiful view this is the place you want to live.
Absolutely terrible response from FirstResidential Building Manager and HOA Committee Member. Our wagon was stolen from our parking spot three weeks ago and we inquired multiple times to the building management who ignored our inquiries and basically told to figure it out ourselves.. couldn’t bother looking at the security cameras in the building to see if anyone taken it up to their unit or offer any solutions. The building is inconsiderate to the community. The landscaping crew just drops watering hoses in the green instead of actually using them, or putting in sprinklers. Anyone who is Blind, visually impaired, or just trying to take a normal walk are getting a surprise drenching. The employee is standing right off camera to the left is just watching the hose flail.
