This place is a drug dealer ghetto haven with homeless people running in and out at all hours! Theft, shootings, robberies, rapes, you name it! Boom cars disturbing your peace…and it’s a total dump!
DO NOT rent one of these apartments! It is run down and they do nothing about any issues. There is a balcony that literally has rotten wood that the office is aware of but have done nothing about. Roof leaks are left to leak. The water is turned off in the entire complex for 24-48 hours at times. Water pressure is super low. We put work orders in then receive texts saying it has been done but it hasn't. Our toilets won't flush properly. It is unsafe. Dark parking lots. High crime. I have no choice but to live here. But know this, it's too bad to even tell you about..... All round horrible...
I would like to take time and give recognition to the staff and the maintenance team at the lewistons, they are getting this place in together, and they are doing a wonderful job at it ,not only is it the maintenance crew ,but it's the staff out of the office, they are going beyond, and it's showing, it looks like a different place all together,
