I had a fantastic experience at The Lenox Salon From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable. My stylist Areli really listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that — my cut and color turned out even better than I imagined. The salon is clean, stylish, and relaxing, and the staff are clearly very skilled and passionate about what they do. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to friends!
The place is warm and welcoming! Specifically, Areli is wonderful! I’ve had the pleasure if knowing her for a few years and she has taken great care of me! Not only is she extremely kind and generous she is a creative genius!!
ALWAYS the best of service and most accommodating salon I’ve ever been to!! I’ve been a “lifer” with these ladies!! Starting back in 2005ish following them from Tony & Guy all the way to today. I love that they specialize in certain areas to better service clients like myself personally! I’ve never had a bad experience! Areli, Bobbie and the rest of the staff, thank you for the best hair years of my life, and future!! 🫶
Not very professional or knowledgeable. New clients seem to get bumped out of their schedule for regular customers. I scheduled a week before my vacation started to get my hair colored and cut. Plenty of notice. 3 days til the appointment, I get a text saying she can’t do both. The woman I booked only does coloring, no cuts. What??? She then offered to have my hair colored in the morning, then come back that afternoon to get it cut by someone else.
