I went with this agency in response to their mailer that noted their experience in dealing with sales of homes that are part of an estate, as that was my situation. My realtor was very understanding and patient and understood my reluctance to empty the house and sell it. Once I was finally ready to put it on the market, a buyer was found quickly and the sale proceeded smoothly.
