I wouldn’t dare, ever recommend this complex to anyone. New owners took over and did not care at all about any of my concerns. I moved in May 2025 and was out by January 2026. Multiple times I made them aware of pest issues (even prior to new management). The living conduction was absolutely disgusting, the mold reviews true. Anything about this place that is bad please believe them. There was a mouse infestation within my complex and they only provided pest control 3 times and the problem still was not resolved. Well what can I say ? Terrible management the management actually before this was AMAZING ! Let’s just say they do not accommodate their tenants they’ll rather u live in a unit while you have a hole in the wall and water leaking out the wall , mold on the walls that I already told them was going to happen . They only care about self no humanity or compassion at all for me and my son after a pipe apparently busted and they took their sweet time fixing the issues or just wanted to do a poor job! I have lived here since June of 2021. I’ll be moving out this year just to save a little bit with roommates. I believe Second Story Management took over shortly after. I was not super happy with the old management. But this new one has really stepped it up. New AC units, new roofing finally fixed after the tornados from forever ago. And the dog park got cleaned up and there’s always bags in the cleanup stations. The landlord Terri is so kind and understanding.
