It should NOT take over a WEEK to ship out an order!! Everytime!! I have now cancelled two large orders and will not order again. Your customers should matter to you.
Lebermuth is a first class company still the same family for 110 years.
Really bad custmer service. I had a problem woth my shipment and they were really unhelpful and I waste 72$ on a package that didn't arrived. They did not respond my mails and were really not nice. Especially lindsay
Lebermuth is a name I trust. Their quality and variety of oils is outstanding. Their customer service is excellent. I once had a delivery leak. They replaced all the oils and added addition bottles of 16 ounce oils in two other varieties. They went the extra mile. Thanks!!!
