I sublet a one-bedroom at the Josephine Apartments (managed by the Leaf Group), May-September 2019. I am so grateful I did not sign a full year lease here, because this place was the worst place I have ever lived. Just a few of the problems with this apartment complex and management group. 1) The AC unit for the ENTIRE COMPLEX went out 5 times over the course of 4 weeks from end of June to beginning of July (nearly the hottest part of the summer) – 4 of those times were 4 days in a row.
