Just based of of calling them I give 1 star because they actually answered the phone. This firm told me to call the ombudsman, which I have already done and they were no help. I was referred to this law firm by another law firm and the lady on the phone said my injury didnt count so I asked what that meant and she couldnt answer me.. I can't seem to get help from anywhere. My take from this... Just don't get hurt at work because no one is going to help you.
Mr. Roberto and his team are amazing individuals. They are patient, kind and understanding. Extremely knowledgeable and will fight for their clients. I would not recommend no one but them if you are in need of a workers comp attorney. They were a blessing, always made us feel like family, straightforward and Honest!

This law firm is nothing short of phenomenal. My biggest advice is that if you are injured at work, contact them immediately. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of trying to "do the right thing" and avoid obtaining counsel while assuming laws, companies & opposing counsel would also be honorable. WRONG.
