This lawyer is the worst. I hired him for a civil case, but instead of doing his job in a timely manner and that he did not. I spoke to his secretary on updates on case and he kept lying to me over and over. After doing my own investigation myself I found out that they never filed the paper work for my case. Do NOT waste your time on this lawyer they will take your money and don't do their work. He gets no star, but the was not an option.
Scam. Paid $7,000 for a few court papers and lost my house. Attorney never told me I could short sale and protect my credit. I want my money back so I can move since I lost my house.

Mr. Stewart helped me and my family save our home. He was able to lower the interest rate on my mortgage, and my monthly payments were lowered. He was very helpful and so were the associates working at the office. GRACIAS MICHAEL STEWART!

When my grandmother passed, her home was left to me. Unfortunately, I lost my job at the hospital April '09. I was having a hard time paying my mortgage so it went into foreclosure. I thought I would lose my home and all my wonderful childhood memories but Mr. Stewart was able to have the sale date cancelled and my loan modified! His staff was also very sweet and seem truly concerned about how I was doing. Thank you for all your help!
