Great experience! Went to Justin on a consumer dispute, answered a questionnaire and provided some documentation, he prepared an excellent demand letter that got the result I wanted super fast. Then he followed up with the vendor repeatedly to make sure things were resolved -- including drafting the resolution agreement. I was very pleased with the results and will definitely use him again!
