This law firm needs to be closed down and they all need to be arrested immediately for there criminal greed,its sad that jacob emrani made 10xs more money then me and im the one injured with broken bones.i won my settlement for ******* and I walked away with ***** dollars this has to be illegal and I know I was treated this way because im Latino.i will be reaching ou to the BAR and filling a lawsuit against them they must be stopped.

Horrible!!! Thank God i recorded each call after the first ****** I spoke with go fired and told me they'll s**** my case up. Guess what... they sure did. This injury was a no trainer w every other attorney I've spoken to about yet Jacob and his make belive team failed to file in timely manner and got my case dismissed. They NEVER call you, they never have communication, they switch your attorney more than a ****** changes underwear. This is the absolute worst law firm I have ever dealt with. They hurt my case more than helped me. The are completely unorganized and unprofessional. They did not file my civil case in a timely manner and in not doing so lost the ability to file. As far as the work comp case, they have been even less helpful. I told them I need to look for another attorney that can and will help me and they made it clear if I leave they still will be compensated for the work they didnt do. I hire Jacob for a case and I want every body to know that they are a bunch of theifs . They now we'll cases take 3 to 5 years to settle .they take 40 percent of the money after the case is won but if the case takes more than 3 years than they require 5 percent more of the money which is enterable they let case as far as they want. In total they take 45 percent of the money in written agreement but since bills are paid by your 55 percent of the money awarded they earn two thirds of the settlement money and the client gets on... read more

This company tends to add additional fees to the final closing of a settlement statement without it being disclosed to the client. All of the experiences that are being expressed on the site are true and unfortunately I didnt read it soon enough about this legal office I have the same exact experience its enough that you have to go through the pain and suffering and on top of that your attorneys office does not respect you as a client. Don't be fooled by all the billboards and ads. I started feeling that I made a bad decision hiring this firm from Day 1! The person sent to me to collect my signature on the representation document and get my statement, showed up at 9:30 pm! Although I told him that it was inconvenient and inappropriate, he insisted, and we went on with it. Serg, raised his voice at me over the phone because I was asking legit questions regarding my case. He was merely frustrated because he didnt have answers or couldnt clearly give me information. He would often call me the wrong name, another clients name and not mine. Serg, contacted the wrong insurance company. I have an email copy of that. Serg, also did not retrieve the *** report. Today I had a phone interview with this firm and based on my experience, this is not a firm I would ever hire. They are well within their right to not desire to hire me. However, during the interview I was LAUGHED at, judged and told that no one would hire me. Again, I don't care that I wasn't hired but this level of disrespect to another human being is uncalled for and unacceptable.
