If you hire Mark Germain as a lawyer you barely get to speak to him or his partner. You spend more time on the phone with is secretary who constantly say's she doesn't know. I had a family member get in trouble while on probation and we called them for 4 days to get their help and we have used them a few times and on a Thursday night they said they didn't know that we were going to use them and pay the retainer fee.
