Kirby is great!!! I was jailed because of a vindictive person, and this guy made the prosecutor so mad that when she dropped the charges, she wouldn't even bring me into the courtroom, after filing a habitual criminal case on me. I will be calling him again about getting clemency for my first case, or at least a restoration of rights. Thanks Mr. Kirby for being a great advocate for the little guy.
I can't believe this guy is still pretending, I mean practicing law. I was 100% innocent with video footage, and he couldn't do anything except put that hand out for money. Jaywalking or littering, he would probably get someone the death penalty.
