Robert Asbury was tough when necessary but always encouraged fair negotiations when possible, which ultimately saved time, money, and emotional stress. He responded promptly to my calls and emails, and was professional and helpful. Mr. Asburys thorough attention to detail often secures advantageous results that other attorneys might overlook.
We hired Mr. Asbury to handle an estate/probate matter. We paid $2,500 upfront, plus additional checks throughout the process that he said were necessary to file paperwork. After 8 months, my husband still wasn't appointed as executor- not due to court delays, but because Mr. Asbury failed to properly follow up on paperwork he filed.
