First I want to say that if you are in a situation where you are facing divorce, I feel for you. It is not an easy place to be, but Justin Smith and Lindsey Graham are a great team to work with. I don't think anyone wins in divorce and we certainly didn't get everything we asked for, but I was very grateful for this team to be on my side going up against my ex's lawyer. MILLISA WINKLER YORK IS A SNAKE AND WILL CHARGE YOU FOR ANYTHING SHE CAN THINK OF, SHE WILL TRY AND MAKE YOU HAVE COURT APPEARANCES SO SHE CAN CHARGE YOU WHEN THEY ARE NOT NEEDED. I FIRED HER AND SHE CHARGED ME FOR THE TIME SHE SPENT ON THE MOTION FOR HER DISMISSAL, SHE RETURNED A PORTION OF MY RETAINER FEE AND SHE SUCKED THE ACCOUNT DRY. BE WARNED AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS MONEY GRUBBING SNAKE! SHE CONSIDERS HERSLF TO THE SMARTEST PERSON IN THE ROOM NO MATTER WHICH ROOM THAT SHE IS IN!
Melissa is amazing. Prior to having had negative experiences with lawyers, we prayed about it and found Melissa. Ours was a small case that involved some unexpected litigation. She was on top of it. She didn't ignore us because we were small change. She worked hard and resolved the issue expeditiously, even in a pandemic. She communicated well and was wonderful to us.
