I FIRED HER AND SHE CHARGED ME FOR THE TIME SHE SPENT ON THE MOTION FOR HER DISMISSAL, SHE RETURNED A PORTION OF MY RETAINER FEE AND SHE SUCKED THE ACCOUNT DRY. BE WARNED AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS MONEY GRUBBING SNAKE! SHE CONSIDERS HERSLF TO THE SMARTEST PERSON IN THE ROOM NO MATTER WHICH ROOM THAT SHE IS IN!
Melissa is amazing. Prior to having had negative experiences with lawyers, we prayed about it and found Melissa. Ours was a small case that involved some unexpected litigation. She was on top of it. She didn't ignore us because we were small change. She worked hard and resolved the issue expeditiously, even in a pandemic. She communicated well and was wonderful to us. Mr. Phillips might be suburb at being a family law attorney. However our experience with him as a criminal defense attorney was awful! No responses to emails or phone calls. When I first met with him to discuss the case and get input and feedback he was helpful and seemed like he would be a great choice. After I paid the requested cost for the services in full, that changed! I would never recommend him to be a criminal defense attorney. RecommendedWhen I was looking for a lawyer I chanced upon here and met Zack. From the jump he blew me away with his knowledge and has been there every step and answering every question in a timely manner. Trying to overcome a mother’s state is a hard task but Zack was sensational and helped me get as much as I could! Can not say enough good things about him!

Zack is the best lawyer I highly recommend him fair prices with results you WANT!
My public defender offered me to sign my kids over to mom, i spoke with 3 other attorneys other than Mr Phillips. I went to meet him, He already had all the paperwork I brought with me on had. He was straight forward with me and considering the circumstances Zach got a fair amount of parenting time. I recommend him to anyone.
