Once they get you to sign the contract you don't see her again! Then they claim to have a satisfaction guarantee however that is false! Lauren will tell you that you can get out of the contract if you are not happy with her but that is not true. We have had nothing but problems with 6 showings since November 2016 and the final blow was an agent leaving our front door WIDE OPEN and we caught it all on camera!! And now have more aggravation arguing with the broker/manager John is making this nightmare continue!! NEVER AGAIN WI... read more
