Dear the laurels, 1. You have a infestation of raccoons that come out in the middle of the day and sit on my porch. I can't walk my dogs, I can't go out and get my mail, and I can't sit on my porch. 2. Your office staff is awful and rude. The way they talk to people is not how I would talk to them. We will be leaving after our lease is up.
I love it here. I have lived here for a couple years and I can say BEST customer service I have EVER had. The car wash area is my favorite part.
The Laurels team is fantastic! They are always willing to help. I have lived there for almost 3 years and recommend them to everyone. I love the townhouse. It is convenient to have room and entertaining areas separate.
A nice private community, mostly families and graduate students so there doesn't seem to be the parties and noise associated with the younger crowds found at other apartment complexes. The units are older but still nice and the management is nice and friendly. They are always eager to help. Any issues that have arisen, management was quick to respond to correct the issues.
