one of the washers ripped several items of clothing which I pointed out to the attendant. once I got my clothes home I noticed just about everything in the load at little pick holes. the owner was supposed to call me... never did. I go to bluewater laundry mat now
probably the cleanest and nicest laundry facility I have ever been to.
I've been bringing my king size quilts here to be washed for a couple of years. Not only do they do a great job, the staff is always courteous and professional. Even when they are busy, I usually get items back on the same day. It's also a very clean facility if you need to stay and wash your own clothing. I wholeheartedly recommend The Laundry Basket!
Really nice and clean place. Equipment works great, the price is just right, and the staff! Those ladies were really helpful and gave me lots of great advice and tips for settling in my new area.
Just found this place..I had a great experience here. Its very clean & maintained with well working machines that didnt take up my whole day to wash 3 loads. I was in/out in about an hour. Miss Mary was so nice and pleasant, i enjoyed meeting and speaking to her about the area as we just moved into Knoxville. Waiting for my washer dryer to be delivered to my home but if i ever need a Laundromat again I will certainly be back.

Fast and Friendly service! My laundry was PERFECT! Everything was washed, dried, folded or hung by color family! Made putting away so easy at home! We will definitely use them again! I would recommend to any busy Mommas!
Wonderful place! The ladies that work there are the sweetest. They keep their machines maintenanced and it is very clean! Prices are fair.
