Loyalty, communication, poor customer service skills. Beware of their 15 minute late rule, which is something totally new to me, not posted anywhere and communicated once you are late, that they gave your spot to someone else because you were late. Mind you I have been taking my dogs there since they first opened and quite honestly this shows no customer loyalty what so ever, like your just a number to them. Brianna did an amazing job with my Great Pyrenees and my Pomeranian. She understood exactly what I was looking for. I've been trying out various groomers/establishments for a while now and I am happy to say that I can finally stop looking. We'll definitely become regulars.
The Laundromutt is the best. I show dogs competitively and to have a master groomer ( Macie Pisa) care for my Scottie gives me a competitive edge. Pet or show, your dog or cat will get the attention it deserves.
Our Yeti goes there and he is so adorbs from Jessie! Staff are awesome!
Savannah, Macie, Molly, Nate and all the staff are friendly and professional. My dog and I love it.
Stella loved it! We loved that we didn't have to lift her into a tub. Plenty of clean towels and helpful staff. Will be going back for sure :)
Savannah did wonderful work on my Golden Retriever Harley. He is elderly and a NT nervous from prior groomers giving a bad experience. When I picked him up he was very calm and happy and looked fantastic 💜🐾
