My wonderful doggy Jilly had her first spa day today at Laundromutt. They did a beautiful job with her. Had to wash her twice she was so dirty. Very patient staff and I could tell they cared about the doggies they were taking care of. Would recommend them 100%. I am bad with names but I think it was Matt that took care of her. Would ask for him again.
We are SO happy with the Laundromutt and the care they take to our pup Murphy. Alyssa did an amazing job with the wheaten puppy cut and so delicately trimmed out mats so you can’t see any missing fur. A+ Alyssa! Thank you!
Never again. My dog is 7.5 years old. He’s been getting groomed every 6-12 weeks since he was a puppy. He’s very used to it. I’m very used to paying for it. Never in the last 7 years have I come across a bill like the one they just gave me. $140. Before tip. Supposedly not even including the half day of daycare he received. How in the world could grooming expenses have almost doubled from what I used to pay elsewhere. I’m sorry, but any excuses of “higher quality” and “hands on” need not be given here. Hi Susan, I'm sorry to hear you were unhappy with our prices. Your service for Cooper took about 2.5 hours and we charged $130 pre-tax. We charge based on weight and the corresponding time it will take to complete the service. We don't pretend to be the cheapest in town, especially since we offer full-benefits and a living wage for our staff. Great facilities and wonderful staff! Too bad my dog got loose and ran around in the woods and muddy yard the VERY next morning. 😭🙄 Just means another visit to this awesome place again soon.
