The handling of customer service issues is very unprofessional by supposedly a top rated groomer and one of the owners. I used the grooming salon service twice for my fur ball. The first grooming service was done well and the groomer did exactly what I requested. My second visit the same groomer didn’t seem to remember how she groomed my fur ball at out initial visit and she had no pics. We did try to call you and you didn't answer. Your dog was very matted and we cannot brush out all matting, as detailed in our intake form you signed and per all discussions at intake. We are not money hungry. We're just a small business trying to survive like everyone else. I was willing to try to resolve your issue until you started questioning my employee's integrity over the phone and called her a liar. Meredith was really helpful and honest about what could be done for my doodle’s appointment. He turned out amazing! We are so happy- especially him since he got stopped for extra pets and compliments since his haircut

Our Dublin is looking very handsome and is much cooler thanks to the staff. They took their time and did it right! We will be back! My husband and son said our pup enjoyed spa day! Thank you for making him look so good and his fur sooo soft! 💙🐾
They always do a fantastic job in my dog milo! They are quick and precise! They were even open on the 4th of July to accommodate everyone after the backup with the corona shutdown. I would recommend a thousand times and never go any else!

Their grooming is the bomb. They do a fantastic job and are so good with your pets. I would highly recommend them. Harley loves going there.
