I went here for 2.5 years until they sold out. Forcing you to only book online and keep a CC on file. I never once missed an appointment or was late yet this is how we're treated. I once lived it here and recommended everyone. Not any more.
They couldn't get me in for a quick shave? They say you don't need an appointment but from reading other reviews I guess you need one. Who is going to make an appointment to get a shave? You need a shave when you need a shave. Anyway they seemed kinda stuck up and snotty so I guess it's best.
I have been getting my hair cut and beard trim here for some time now and they do the excellent work. I have had some trouble with appointments being rescheduled on me, waiting more than 15 minutes then my scheduled appointment time. First time I went there the person whom I had an appointment with didn't show up and no one told me so it was a long wait but someone still helped me out and cut my hair. For quality of hair cuts and beard care it is the best place around, highly recommended.
Only place I know that will tell you to get online to make an appointment, send you a reminder, then call you 45 mins before your appointment to tell you they have to reschedule.... like people dont have shit to do and didnt already arrange there day around there appointment. Smh never again, what a joke and horrible way to run a business..

Been going here for about 6 months now and had a new guy do a sick fade and lined the outside of my beard a bit. Definitely will be going back to him. Thanks Jay!
