Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They answered any and all questions and eased any fears going into the procedure. Relatable conversation was had during the procedure to relax and everything was explained as we went. The first 3 hours felt like onions in my eyes with uncontrollable tears, which the staff prepared me for, and after that passed I had no other issues and could see just as well as with my contacts the same day as the procedure! Truly top tier experience. Dr. Carr did great with the surgery as well as explaining and talking me through the process. I DID EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID TO DO. My vision isn't perfect in both eyes yet, but I just got Lasik yesterday and I drove without glasses for the first time ever today. For the record, I had -5.25 in both eyes with a slight astigmatism.
