My lasik experience was perfect I went from holding a piece of paper inches from my face to read it now I can hold a piece of paper at distance & reads it, the team answered all my questions to help me have a peace of mind, they have different payment options to meet everyone’s financial situation, the procedure it self I was scared but the team was very comforting & reassuring it was very quick & painless felt like I was on the table for 4 minutes! It has been 7 months since my procedure, and everything is going extremely well. The procedure itself, although nerve-wracking because I'm a nervous Nelly, was quick, easy, and painless. Within minutes, I could read signs posted around the waiting room--something I had not been able to do without glasses or contacts for 30+ years. The initial recovery was uncomfortable, but sleeping helped it pass by very quickly. Now, 7 months later, my eyes are great. Incredible fast procedure!! Pain free 100%
We had 2 appointments scheduled for 4/5/25. On 4/2/25 both persons received a text about their upcoming appointments and would be contacted soon...neither were contacted! On 4/3/25 we received an email that an appointment was scheduled for 4/4/25. Neither persons that the appointment was rescheduled for was contacted. Luckily, the email was noticed and 1 of the 2 will attend for a consultation. They lost the possibility of a 2nd patient due to TERRIBLE customer service (or lack thereof)!
