I’ve been a tenant here for 5 1/2 years and this will indeed be my last year living here, ever sense Soundview Equites has taken over it’s been nothing but disrespectful workers who come to work and don’t give a shit about there tenants, Maintenance rides around on there john deer all day drinking on the job and never show up to fix a dam thing. This place is not but a crime filled hood, drugs, robberies, & shooting daily. Horrible - ruining the entire neighborhood!
Just moved in so happy with the new management my apartment is beautiful.
